The registration fee includes:
- conference attendance
- access to conference proceedings
- coffee breaks
- lunches
- reception (Monday, July 16)
- social dinner (Tuesday, July 17)
Important information for authors
At least one author per paper is required to register for the conference at the regular rate and must guarantee that the paper will be presented.
Only papers for which at least one author registered and paid the registration fee by the due date (June 4) will be included in the proceedings.
Note that for authors with multiple accepted papers, one regular registration is valid for one paper only.
Cancellation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by June 30, 2018.
Cancellations will incur a EUR 100.00 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date.

Note that cancellations are not possible for registrations covering papers accepted at the conference.
